When you click on Preview button on the first screen of the Import tool,
you will come to a page with a textarea and possibly warning messages.
Sometimes there is a problem on the user's data you are trying to load.
You will get those problems on this preview screen.
If you would like to still load members with the problems, you can go to Preferences tab and
change the settings temporarily. For example, on the example above user "bejohn" is not loaded
because I have check on the email formats on the Preferences section. If I would like to let PM Basic
load this member, I can go to Admin -> Preferences -> Email and disable the email format check feature.
