You will see some basic membership management features of Profile Manager Basic. Dashboard helps you view status of your membership database. Manage Users page will allow you to browse, search, update or delete your existing members. You can also view logs about your members, send emails and approve members. This screenshot tour will give you more details.

1. Admin Entrance Page
To manage your members, you must first enter your password protected Admin Panel. Fire up your browser and go to admin.cgi on your PM Basic directory.

2. Dashboard
When you enter PM Basic Admin area, you will first come to a page called "Dashboard". This page will provide information and statistics about your members and your membership site.

3. Membership List
Users tab in your admin area links to a page where you can browse, search users and manage them. Like all other pages on PM Basic, this page is also completely template based. You can change the data listed about the users from a template. By default, you will login, name, last registration and update dates. You can also click on the links to login as a user, modify an account or even delete it. This page lists users by their last update time.

4. Login as User
When you click on "login" link on the Admin Manager Users page, you will be able to login as a particular user. If your user is having a problem, you can login as him/her and do the change for him. The new screen will show up as a pop-up window.

5. Update User
You can also click on "modify" link on the Admin Manage Users page to update a user's account.

6. Searching Users
Manager Users screen also has a simple search engine that let's you search your existing members. This is particular useful if you have thousands of members. You can search users by any criteria.

7. Approval
By default your users will be auto-approved and can still login if they are not approved. You can change the defaults from Preferences tab in the Admin. Approving new members is easy, you will see a list at the left side, and just select a user and click on Approve button. You can also use the checkbox at the bottom of the page to automatically send an email message to the member. This message can also be customized from Preferences.

8. User Statistics
There are three statistics pages available on your Admin. You can user logins, what they are searching for, or you can track all activities performed by your members. Latest logins page will show you a list of all users who have logged on recently.

9. Mass Mailing
You can also send emails to your members without leaving your Admin Panel. It is possible to send it to all members or only a group of members using a filter. This filter is also customizable from a template.

10. Mass Mailing Results
After sending the emails, you will receive a report from PM Basic on all of the emails sent.
