A subscription type is a way for you to manage different membership types and payments for them. For instance, you can have
Basic and Premium subscription types in your database. Let's say Basic members pay $15.95 and Premium members pay $25.95 per 6 months.
Once you create these membership types, you can build Template Rules so that they see different membership area design. You can
build many features around Template Rules such as having Premium member profile pages carry more user details on them.
