Easily Export Membership Database
Profile Manager Premium Export Tool makes it very easy to extract your membership database in a common file format such as Excel or CSV. You can also use this feature to create reports about your users. Let's begin by logging into the administration panel.
First, click on the Database button at the top of the screen. Next click on the Export menu option on the left menu.
We will begin by checking the boxes of the fields we wish to export. The application will remember these selections next time you visit this screen. Next we will check an option to display the field names in the first column. You also have the option to remove duplicates for your reports, as well as specifying filters on the export data such as where a persons gender is equal to female. Finally lets choose the Excel format to export to. Click the export button to perform the export. Our export tool is one of the many powerful features that makes profile manager premium first in its class.
The export tool is located under DATABASE tab. On this screen you will find all of the functionality you will need.
First you can select database fields you would like to export. One of the nice things about the Export tool is that next time you come back to this page, it will remember which database fields you have chosen last time.
Then you can check a checkbox to have the field names on the first line of your exported data.
If you are making a report about your users, you can then select ""remove duplicate results"" checkbox. For example, if you would like to get a list of cities you have users from, you can select only ""city"" field at the top AND check this checkboxes.
Next, we can add filters. For example, we can add a filter to get all female members
Next we choose the format we will get our results. We can choose a character delimited text format, ""Comma Seperated Values"" format or Excel. I choose the Excel format.
Finally click on ""Continue"" to export database."
Our membership database opens in Excel. We can easily save this in our computer.
